NASA\’s Mars rover (Rover) is working on the surface to find out if life existed on Mars in the past. But recently a mysterious thing happened while testing the perseverance sample.

The robot collected rock as a sample and placed it in a metal tube. But that rock has disappeared. Now, NASA engineers are trying to find out exactly what happened. They say the robot is working properly. But the metal tube in which the sample is supposed to be stored is not there. The mission\’s scientists believe that the special properties of the rock may be responsible for this phenomenon. Researchers are now analyzing more images to solve this puzzle.

নমুনা হিসেবে শিলা সংগ্রহ করে একটি ধাতব টিউবে রেখেছিল রোবটটি। কিন্তু উধাও হয়ে গেছে সেই শিলা। এখন ঠিক কী ঘটেছে, তা বের করার চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের মহাকাশ গবেষণা সংস্থা নাসার প্রকৌশলীরা। তাঁরা বলছেন, রোবট ঠিকমতোই কাজ করছে। কিন্তু যে ধাতব টিউবে নমুনা সংরক্ষিত থাকার কথা, তা সেখানে নেই। মিশনের বিজ্ঞানীরা মনে করছেন, এ ঘটনার পেছনে শিলার বিশেষ বৈশিষ্ট্য দায়ী হতে পারে। গবেষকেরা এখন এ ধাঁধার সমাধান করতে আরও ছবি বিশ্লেষণ করছেন।
